argentine tegu dislocated shoulder?
We had our 9 month old tegu out running around and layed down for awhile and when he got up he was favoring his right front leg and it appears to be bent backwards. He can move his toes but isn't moving his arm at all. And when we lifted his arm up it just dropped. All the vets are closed and we are trying to figure out what could be the problem.

Just do not touch it and leave him be until the vet is open. Don't let him climb either. If he cannot use that arm he may fall off causing more damage. I cannot tell you if his shoulder is dislocated, broken, or paralyzed or whatever, only a vet can do so. It may be costly but for your pet, please see a vet asap. If they are closed now, call them tomorrow, there should be a vet open on weekends, depending where you live.
