si ya lo borraste de la papelera de reciclaje es un poco dificil que lo recuperes tendrias que llevarlo con un ingeniero en sistemas para que el lo haga pero obvio eso te costara, en cuando a usar el RECUVA ese programa no es 100% seguro, de hecho es mas para recuperar archivos de fotos y de texto
