International Baccalaureate certification or Masters in Education?

I am currently teaching basic technology and pre-engineering (STEM) courses as an adjunct in the US. I work with high school students, but I am employed by a technical college. I have a BA in liberal arts and two associate degrees, one in arts and one in general technology. I am working on a 250 hour TESOL course and should by certified by January. I have two years of experience teaching STEM courses and six years of experience teaching EFL in China and South Korea.

Here is my question: I would like to get back into teaching overseas, but I would like to work in international schools or private schools that would be likely to pay a higher salary than the local government schools pay, so should I go for an IB certification first or would it be better to get my masters in education? For the masters, I am considering either "integrating technology in the classroom (K-12)" or "math and science (K-8). I do not have a teacher's license. It has not been required for any of the teaching positions I have held.

Also, can you teach IB courses if you do not have a teacher's license?

In my experience, a lot of schools will cover the costs of your IB certification when you apply to work as an IB teacher. You are probably better off getting your Masters, then letting the school sort out which certification you need.

Truly, truly, I say to you, you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice; you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will turn into joy. When a woman is in travail she has sorrow, because her hour has come; but when she is delivered of the child, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a child is born into the world. So you have sorrow now, but I will see you again and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you. In that day you will ask nothing of me. Truly, truly, I say to you, if you ask anything of the Father, he will give it to you in my name.
