i ordered something off magcon.com over 3 weeks ago and it never came in what do i do?

If the order is not delivered yet to you, you can check your status of your order by clicking on the check your status options. Generally, every online shopping website provides this web option for the sake of its online shoppers in order to avoid the online shopping hassles for them. Better you can check this out in that online shopping website and know your product details. If you do not find this option, you can directly make contact to the customer care center of that online store to know your status of your shopping orders.

You contact someone on the site you ordered from. You should also have received an order confirmation, and a notice that your item had been shipped. You shouldn't even have waited this long to inquire.
There's a "Contact Us" link on the site. Make sure you have your information together and call them. You HAD to know this is what you should do.
