I really want one?
I saw this 1989 Lincoln town car on craigslist for only $1500 and its in real good shape and I already talked to the guy about it and everything works on it, nothing wrong with it accept for the heater or A/C that will have to be looked at, also I would like to know what it gets for gas mileage even though I looked it up but I would like to know your opinions and take a look at it, do you think its worth it? http://ksu.craigslist.org/cto/4487349896.html

a buddy of mine has put over 300k on his 87 towncar, it's just a good car, that will run forever, and is big and comfy. Yea the gas mileage sucks. but I say yea. go for it. the exact mileage... no idea. He drives it like a sports car, including doing donuts in it when it snows.. no matter what the mileage is going to be close to 15mpg range.

Fixing the heat/ac is not going to be cheap. Its a REAL OLD car and a gas hog.
$1000 max.
