My dad's basically a bully?

I can't exactly tell you how to deal with HIM. He sounds quite unhappy and I'm not sure that there's anything you can do to change it. However, I'm not sure how old you are or how many more years you have at home, but you need to know that there is nothing wrong with YOU. His words are not the truth. They are nothing but whatever is going on inside his head being projected outward because he cannot face himself. You are worthy of love. And although sometimes the people you would most expect to receive it from don't give it to you doesn't mean you deserve any less. Ignore what he says about you and anyone else. It may sound hurtful when he says it but when you KNOW you're sooo much more than that, they become nothing but words. You are loved.
