Windows PCs typically slow down as applications are installed and used. You probably have a computer virus. Try downloading AVG antivirus software. Its a really great antivirus software and has kept my computer healthy from many a virus. Also, try uninstalling unnecessary programmes otherwise if none of those work you will need to take your PC into get fixed. Hope this helps :)

By the way, system cleaning software is the best and probably the fatest way to fix the problems you've described, but you can do it manually as well.
