I am receiving TEMPORARY ERROR 3 for the past three weeks.?

I have been sending messages to YAHOO CUSTOMER SERVİCE for some time but only recieving autı reply and the most irritating thing is that they send the autoreply still to my yahoo account !!!

I urgently need assistance

    Try this link. https://mail.yahoo.com/

    If that got you to your email, you could have an outdated link in your shortcut to email.

    If not, clear the cache (if FireFox see here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-fir... ) and cookies, reboot and try again.

    Error 3 is supposed to mean "system can not find the file specified" which makes no sense when you just want to read your email. There have been many more error messages recently while Yahoo does upgrades to email. Not everyone is affected at once. It has been tough reaching a human being for help.

    Leave this question here but post again in 1-2 days. Start your question with "Yahoo Staff please help". If a Yahoo Staff sees your question, they can get into your email thru your avatar. They can fix everything in seconds.

    Most people are switching browsers when they see the Error 3. Even tho Yahoo is designed to work with all browsers. See what happens if you switch to Basic Mail. Hover over the GEAR in the upper right of your mail page. Choose "settings". Click the button for Basic Mail. Click SAVE.
