Should I get Watch Dogs?

I'm debating whether I should get it. I've been anticipating it since October but now I've heard that it's not that good. I'll probably eventually get it but I don't know if I should. Do you think I should get it.

PS Im using PS4

    I think you shouldn't. I saw many people in Steam giving mostly negative ratings to the game mainly due to many bugs or something like that. Personally i didn't play this game yet.
