Most of the time I do. It just depends on the person. Not everyone will come across as easy to read. First impressions can sometimes be a bit deceiving. It may take a secondary reflection. Sometimes language and cultural differences can play a big part of misunderstanding. But with patience and getting to know someone better, things will make more sense. Not all people think on the same level as others. A random few may make no sense at all leaving you to think WTF? XD

I have trouble understanding people with strong accents. I also have a hard time understanding people who speak in riddles, ... & I am struggling with this question a bit too...

Usually, even people with really strong accents. The only time I have problems understanding people is when they talk super fast all in one breath.
