Pomeranian is scared of remote?
Our year old Pomeranian acts terrified of our silver comcast remote. She doesn't bark or get mad but she covers and hides her face and will not let it get near her. Any idea why?

Did you rescue her? Maybe as a puppy she was whacked with a remote or the old owner would turn on the tv and then take away her food so she associated the remote with pain and hunger.
Also sometimes dogs are uncomfortable with mirrors/their appearance so they feel despair when looking at their reflection so anything silver sends them spiralling into a negative and self destructive insecure pile of depression
