That's a stock photo. Photographers sell these to Getty or other photography stockpilers. They are bought by graphics artists who pay for a certain amount of uses in adverts or presentations.
Many of these photos, such as this one, are generic. You could make up just about any storyline. The suit is a banker, a boss, an insurance salesman, or a doctor? The others -- are they employees, or a married couple, customers or clients or patients? They've been looking at a laptop. What's the information on that screen? Sales results? A finance plan? A mortgage? A diagnosis?
The more generic the interpretation the more the image can be sold.
