Which continent is not part of the ecumene?

    as you see here:

    the Ecumene refers to a world map used in antiquity or the middle ages. The Americas are not on it, nor Australia as far as I can see. The inlcusion of any other parts of the world depends on the date of the map, with a more accurate representation in later periods.

    Antarctica

    Are not included on very OLD (ecumene) world maps.
