What do you think of the new X-Men movie: X-Men Days of Future Past?
I saw it yesterday and I thought that the effects were visually stunning, as each mutant showed their powers. It was great to see all the original cast members back from the first three movies, but mutants such as: Storm and Iceman were hardly in it. Many people have said that it is the best movie out of them all, but the first movie X-Men will always be the best for me. I am glad the original director Bryan Singer came back to direct it because X-Men The Last Stand and X-Men First Class were directed by different directors and they weren't as thrilling. The movie also has a short clip after the credits.

It was great. Loved the story line. Fixed much tho they botched a character or two up. Cannot waaaait for APOCALYPSE.!!!

The plot was flimsy (a re-hash of several Star Trek episodes, and of a sequence in a Superman movie). The moments of tension were predictable. However, the visual effects were wonderful and the acting of Jackman, Stewart and McKellen held the thing together. Three out of five, but still an enjoyable movie worth seeing in the panoply of action movies of 2014.
