Please help! Bad nightmare can't sleep:(?

I had a reoccurring dream too so my sister said to draw/write what happens in the dream on a piece of paper, rip the paper up then shove it at the back of a closed/locked drawer.

I did this after having the same dream for about two months and I've never had it since (:

Tie a dream catcher to your bed or if you are old enough get it tattoed that will stay with you all the time.

unless you meet 50 cent selling a shotgun cos then you know its a dream come true

There's something that my mum used to always to for me when i had a dream and it worked. Write down on a piece of paper the details of the dream and try to dream a detailed picture of the scene under it, then roll it up and throw it in the freezer and don't touch it. the next day take it out wrap it in a bag, and at night drive to a lake or a creek no where near your house and throw it in there without looking were it lands. then go home and go to sleep. and the nightmare should stop occurring, if it doesn't i apologize but it has never failed for me. i know it sounds weird but it works.
