Does God know us individually ?
Matthew 10:29,30
"Two sparrows sell for a coin of small value, do they not? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground without your Father’s knowledge. 30 But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. 31 So have no fear; you are worth more than many sparrows."
It's wonderful to know that Jehovah knows and cares for us as individuals, that why he knows who belongs to him. He sent his beloved Son Jesus Christ to die for YOU!
John 3:16,17
" “For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, so that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world for him to judge the world, but for the world to be saved through him."

Yes. This is not surprising because scripture tells us He knew us before we were born.
Jer 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
So He not only knows us but preordained some for special callings. John 3:16 tells us He loves us, but this verse tells us why. We were His children in preexistence, and when we are finished with our mission here, we may return to Him.

The Self is God. "I AM" is God.
Know that you are the perfect shining light, which not only makes the
existence of God's kingdom possible, but also allows it to be seen as some
wonderful heaven.
Sri Ramana Maharshi (December 30, 1879 – April 14, 1950)
Two of the 4 Veda's, dated 1500 BCE translated from Sanskrit as a transliteration by Ramana Maharshi “Tat Tvam Asi” in English is “That Thou Art”, and Prajnanam Brahma (Consciousness is Brahman)
“Thou art That”
Chandogya Upanishad
The Supreme is within us. It is the consciousness underlying the ordinary individualized consciousness of every-day life but incommensurable with it. The two are different in kind, though the Supreme is realizable by one who is prepared to lose his life in order to save it. For the most part we are unaware of the self in us because our attention is engaged by objects which we like or dislike. We must get away from them, to become aware of the Divine in us.

I hate it when people try to answer their own questions in R&S
Just post a damn question and allow others to answer instead if trying to answer it for us

Not in the way you mean it. You define god as a human somewhere up in the sky or in space with people there living forever. From your POV this is the god idea a human living somewhere controlling everything and every one behind the scenes. No he doesn't but since you see it this way because it is your reality then if you wish for him to then yes. You are your own creator believing is seeing whatever you strongly believe to be true is what you'll perceive. This isn't based on facts it's based on observations

And yet God watched genocides and holocausts and starvation happen and didn't lift a finger.
Tell the slaughtered and starving people that they are "worth more than many sparrows"...
