Can you see anything wrong with my eyes?

I see a slight difference between my left and right eye so I went to an ophthalmologist however she said she didn't see anything wrong.

Am I the one making it a problem?

Left eye looks slightly bigger than the other and is also higher than the right eye.

Your left eye looks ever so slightly lazy like mine. Can you see perfectly out of them both? There are 2 types of lazy eye. One is a visible difference, where one eye wonders while the other is focused. The other is a weak link between the brain and the eye so you cant see anything out of the lazy one. Unfortunately I have a bit of both, but if yours is lazy, I wouldn't worry much, you look normal and I wouldn't notice if you hadn't asked about your eye specifically.
