Is it safe to take Swedish bitters daily?

    The main ingredients are habit forming laxatives*, and it contains camphor which is toxic to the liver.

    I wouldn't use it more than once a month - no more.

    If someone needs a laxative more often, they need to see a gastroenterologist for one, and secondly, they need to find a safer laxative for daily use.
