Can I run Watch dogs with these specs for laptop on minimal settings - Maybe overclocked?

Hi I got these specs:

CPU: I7-3537U 2.0 GHz (Overclocked 3.10 GHz)

GPU: Geforce 740M 2GB virtual RAM

8GB RAM

Im more worried about my processor which seems to be lacking when it comes to be lacking. I've gotten these errors, when I played the game, which told me something like "lacking memory. Shut down programs to restore lost memory", in Danish. So Idk what exactly is wrong, but searched the net, and I think it's my processor that lacks, so I guess, it maybe will help if I do that thing called overclocking, but I've looked it up, and it seems to be a bit dangerous for my pc? Im planning on using my pc for a long time, so is it a possibility to overclock just a little bit?

Not looking to buy a new cpu btw.

And Im not 100% sure how overclocking works, but I'll look it up later.

Update:

And I mean MINIMAL graphics!! :)

yeah, it should work just fine on minimal settings. there are vids on youtube showing watchdogs running on the 740m, and your processor should be more than fine.

don't overclock a laptop cpu, it has a hard time cooling itself as it is. an i7 is fine for watchdogs

i'm not sure about the strange errors you are getting, 8gb of ram is also more than enough.
