POLL: What does a week of meals look like for you?
This is for a survey. :)
I'm just wondering what a weeks worth of meals looks like for you. For example what kind of breakfasts, lunches and dinners would you tend to have on a standard week? And approximately how much is your weekly grocery bill?
I don't need to know every single meal, by the way, just a few examples.
Also, what's probably the most healthy and least healthy meal you might have over the week, and do you have it more than once?
Thank you!

Breakfast: eggs, toast, bacon if i have time, maybe some fruit, coffee
lunch: sandwich, fruit, juice, other healthy snacks lol
Dinner: stirfry or salad or tacos...I mostly eat chicken as the protein...and then a side of vegetables or pasta or salad
And I spend less than $50 a week...and this is for 2 people :)

The Paleo diet has been reported to eliminate bloating, clear up acne, eradicate seasonal allergies, free you from migraines, and even help you shed a few pounds. Read here https://tr.im/qAyHj
While none of this is guaranteed, cleaning up your diet and focusing on whole, fresh foods is definitely a good idea. Real foods in the right portions help you feel more satisfied because they help keep blood sugar levels even and your hunger hormones balanced
The basic guidelines skip grains (both refined and whole), legumes, packaged snacks, dairy, and sugar in favor of vegetables, fruit, meat, seafood, eggs, nuts, seeds, fats, and oils seem easy, but to successfully go cavewoman takes some savvy.

for breakfast, i eat croissants, but i only eat breakfast on the week days.
lunch: sandwiches & cookies combo during the work week, varies over the weekend depending on if I'm going out for lunch, etc
dinner: usually consists of a day of pasta, 2 days of chicken parm, 2 days of chicken cacciatore, steak, or shrimp (sometimes varies depending on if I have any leftovers, or sometimes barbecue etc), the other remaining days may vary depending on whether I go out to eat for dinner. I usually have as a side pasta, baked potatoes, etc & for dessert, I have a chipwich.

For breakfast, I usually have a glass of milk and some fruit; I might have toast as well. Sometimes I'll fix scrambled eggs, but not very often. I've never been much of a breakfast person.
For lunch - usually a sandwich - meat and cheese of varying kinds, with fruit. Sometimes I'll go get a burger, or a deli-type sandwich.
Supper is my "big" meal of the day. I usually prepare an entree with meat in it - I mostly eat chicken or beef - as well as vegetables. Sometimes it's something that I'd buy already prepared and frozen (not a TV dinner, but a good-quality meal that I like - maybe Italian or Chinese or Mexican); sometimes, I go out for supper, and occasionally I'll order a pizza or something similar.
I guess I spend about $60 per week on food - it fluctuates.
My lunches are usually pretty healthy, I suppose, as are my breakfasts. My suppers are heavier foods, but I try to eat foods that are high in protein and don't break down rapidly, as I'm diabetic, and those meals help keep my blood sugar stable. I don't eat many carbs at all - not much in the way of potatoes, rice, etc.

Breakfast is either eggs/bacon/toast or just a banana
Random meals (Because I don't really eat luch atm) is wheat, candy, fish, more bananas
Supper is usually fast food (I'm trying to gain a little weight, I can afford it.) or some burger, or spaghetti and stuff like that.
