What is a typical day for a sorority girl?
I'm just curious on how they manage to have so much on their plate yet still have time to socialize?

Have you been to college? In reality a sorority probably only one meeting per week for an hour. The rest of the time they are in class or doing their school work or talking with their friends when they are done with their school work.
They have good time managment skills. You might only have 2-3 classes a day and classes are at most 1hr50min's some are just 50min. There is plenty of time inbetween to do school work and just hang and talk with friends.

I'm an officer in my chapter, and I probably spend on average two hours a day on sorority related things.
out of an average weekday 24 hours, here's how i'd break it down:
7 hours of sleep
6 hours in class or working on homework
3 hours at my on-campus job (where I can usually fit in time to work on schoolwork, too)
2 hours on sorority stuff- either meetings, attending mandatory campus events, business regarding my officer position, sending/answering emails, etc.
2 hours on stuff for my other officer position in a major student organization
4 hours eating, hanging out with friends, Netflix, working out, personal errands, my other smaller extra-curriculars, stuff like that
on weekends i have a lot more time to study, but i'll also go out one weekend night (in addition to one night during the week if i have time).
If you're only doing the bare minimum (which is what a lot of sorority girls do, especially if they're really involved in other activities as well), I'd say a sorority would probably take up an average of about 5 hours of your week.
