Which Macbook should I get the 13 inch or 15?

So for college my dad is buying me a macbook he's paying for the 13 and if I want the 15 I have to pay for the rest. Is it really worth it on the 15? I saw it has 5 million pixels compared to the 13 that only had 4 million but can you really tell? Does the 15 perform better than the 13? Anything else thats different between the two?

    i have the 15 inch and love it so much, trust me the bigger the screen the better

    its a mac, unless you do editing go with the cheaper one!

    No difference, just size. I always liked the smaller computers anyways.
