Ab Workout for a Basketball Player?
I am trying to get a good core to stabilize my movements in basketball, like any other sport the core is one of the most important muscle groups to train to get balance. Could anyone provide me a good 30 minute or so core workout I can do at home? I have tried P90X Ab Ripper X and I am going to do that tomorrow, I've tried some other exercises and routines but I want a solid complete workout. I am going to continue with P90X Ab Ripper X for a while and see the results but I want an alternative in case it does not work.

Try this app for android phones called caynax a6w (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.... I use this, and after 2 weeks, I noticed definition in my core. It comes with a full 42 day workout which starts at about 4 minutes, as you inch closer to 42 days the workouts get longer and it gives you more reps and sets to do. The longest workout (day 42) takes just under 4- minutes. I really suggest you try it as just after 13 days, not only did I notice definition, but I notice an increase on balance as I jump for rebounds. I like jumping and grabbing the rim to see how my vertical has been improving and it increased my vertical by 4 inches (most likely because of increased balance.) Anyways, never use that "p90x Ab Ripper" stuff, it takes nearly 3x as long to get as strong of an abdomen then caynax does. Also this is free and gives you faster results.
