How Do I Get the Submit Button to Appear on Yahoo Answers?

First, be sure that you have not answered your daily limit of questions. If you have, you can't answer any more. If you have not reached your daily limit, try simply refreshing the page a time or 2 (F5 on Desktop) to get it to show up. The pages often hang due to the many ads being run and it may be ad specific.

If you have a slow connection then it's a loading Error that you cannot see the Submit. Button.

As yahoo has come with new page and they are still in beta testing. Nor they have option to get back to old theme of Yahoo.

Just refresh the Page and and then when page loaded fully click on the Box bellow which will open a full box with submit Button.

It's a loading error, sometimes if I'm doing a lot over the net it doesn't load up right. Cut and paste the question in a different web browser, that works some of the time..
