The admission depends upon cut-off at that time. Also, as you have got good percentage in board exam, so there is a good chance for you to secure a seat. Also, you should target some better colleges/universities, first; like: St. Xavier's College (Mumbai), Lovely Professional University (Punjab), Symbiosis, Christ College, PU ..........; as they have got better infrastructure and provide quality education as well. Some of these universities (like LPU) also give scholarships to students (based on percentage in qualifying exam).
