Does a spouse have rights to part of a workman comp claim in Tennessee, when they have a stake in the claim?

Does a spouse have rights to part of a workman comp claim in Tennessee, as part of a divorce, when they have a stake in the claim for loss of consortium?

In other words can they get their portion, and half of the person that suffered the disabling accident? What happens if the person that had the claim has to go back years later for additional surgery, do to the accident, does the ex-spouse pay half if they took half of the settlement?

I second what sheloves said. That's one of the most disgusting things I've ever heard. How do you sleep at night? A disabling injury? WOW

It doesn't matter what he did to you, he doesn't deserve that. No one does.

May god have mercy on your soul.
