My employer makes us bill customer now for items they just ordered, sometimes they are not due to come in for months. Then when the items is delivered we have to change the date for the invoice send the bill to the customer, then change it back to the date we billed it in. Also we have to move back any bills we do up until the date he has to pay the taxes, (19th of next month), and move them back to the previous month. So I am still billing work done this month (Jun), after sending to customer change date to May, When he pays taxes May taxes it will have the Jun stuff included. Is this legal?

The customer has a bill with June, or whatever future date they are getting the item, but it was put in with our May taxes.

Does a spouse have rights to part of a workman comp claim in Tennessee, as part of a divorce, when they have a stake in the claim for loss of consortium?

In other words can they get their portion, and half of the person that suffered the disabling accident? What happens if the person that had the claim has to go back years later for additional surgery, do to the accident, does the ex-spouse pay half if they took half of the settlement?

My ex was off on workman comp for several months. While he was off his employer cancelled his and our kids health insurance, and told him he could do Cobra. They are also telling him he can not get his insurance restarted back until the next enrollment period after he comes back to work which is almost a year away. This does not sound right to me.

Last night my teenage kids pulled a great prank on me by painting the passanger side of my car with words, and such. Fortunally this was with the new washable paint for cars, that you can decorate you car with then wash off when you get tired of it. I drove from home to work with this stuff on the side of my car, and did not find out about it till someone came into work and said something about it. I called the police and everything thinking a girl my daughter has been fighting with did it. (they couldn't do anything since we had no proof and said it may cause more problems in the long run), good thing, since my own had done it. Not till the kids got out of school did I find out. Now I need to get them back. My son is 17 and has his own car. My daugher is 15. My son's best friend, that lives with us, is 18. Anyone have any great idea for revenge?

My son likes to shift gears on his automatic transmisssion car to lower gears, when comeing to a stop.
