well..i dont own a company..but i've been to a company party with my sister ...they went to a local park and got tons of food..and rented blow up jumpers and such..and told the employees to bring their kids..it was loads of fun for the kids..and it was a good time for all the employees to have pleasant conversations

Do you have a Six Flags or similar amusement park nearby?If so, you might want to look into having your company picnic there.
