Left lower abdominal pain? HELP!?

Alright so this pain started yesterday. And i have been looking online whether or not it is bad enough to call a doctor but i really can't find anything that helps me diagnose myself even though i shouldn't. Im thinking of 3 possible problems. 1. Sore muscle 2. Constipation 3. Stool stuck or something serious.

I took some karo syrup, and drank some coffee to see if that would help later. I currently been to the bathroom 3 times to see if i could even tell if im constipated but it feels like nothing is there. It feels like something could possibly be stuck but im not sure. It also could be a pulled muscle or something but i dont remember doing anything to pull my left side of my stomach. When i stretch is out it does hurt. But like i said when i am in the bathroom is feels like nothing is there. Someone please help. I need to know if this is something serious..

Well if you haven't gone in more than a day then it probably is constipation. You should have a movement a day. Try drinking a LOT of water and going for a long, brisk walk. I probably wouldn't worry about it if it's only been a day or two and you have no other symptoms. A gas bubble could probably cause pain like that. If the pain gets progressively worse, you start vomiting or develop a fever or if the pain doesn't go away in a few days then you should go to a doctor anyway. Since you're a guy - I wouldn't rule out a hernia in that area even if you don't see telltale signs. Could be diverticulitis or pancreatitis or IBS. Fortunately you don't have any major organs on your left side. So eat well the next few days and see how it goes.
