Full diet and exercise plan?(10 points)?

I am Male, 18 years and 5'11" and at 191 pounds(87 kg)....

I want to come at 165 pounds(75 kg) in one and half month....

Please give me the diet plan in calories e.g No. of calories to take in breakfast, lunch and dinner........

And names of exercises and time required to do them!

Please dont tell the exercises to do at gym coz I dont want to go thier.....

Tell me the exercises to do at home.........

    If you want a diet specifically tailored to you then you have to see a dietrician for that.

    At home, you could do the insanity program. Its very good, helps you lose weight very fast. It also comes with a meal plan so that would be sorted too.
