    1) they are as tiny as lice when they are born so you can carry them easily on your clothes, sit on your bed, there they will stay and hide and bite and grow.

    2) they could be hiding in cracks of the bed frame.

    3) make sure all clock and lamp chords are clear of your bed.

    4) make sure your bed is away from the wall.

A line of baby powder around the edge of your mattress sheet will help keep you safe. They get bogged down with it like quick sand. it acts as a moat.

wash all your bedding once a week and make sure you set the dryer to TIMED 60 minutes HIGH HEAT.

( not dry to humidity level)

Comforters and pillows can just be baked in the dryer the water never comes out easy on these things so just bake em.

    Wash your pajamas too.

Do this once a week and lay down Diatomaceous Earth powder along the edges of your walls. It takes a while to get them all cause they have to crawl through it but it does kill em. it cuts the little biotches into shreds. ( its sea shell fragments so dont breath it or get it in y our eyes)

Also.. its very typical to for the bites not to show up for 2 or 3 days. so you may have been bitten a couple days ago and it just showed up now.

Its also typical that after you live in fear like this you get hives. Hives look and feel allot like mosquito bites.

Do all your bedding every week and use the baby powder, it will help you sleep safe.

Get more information on this very informative set of video clips made by a guy about Bed bugs Bedbugs in Calgary Canada.

his videos show what poisons are proven to work best, what to actually look for in sticky traps, and what you can make at home rather than buy at the store.

Bedbugs bite, grow until they can lay eggs, and then carry the eggs under their body, as they travel around they drop the eggs. Ultimately they nest in walls, which is why so many people fail to treat them right.

They are born as tiny as lice and ready to bite. And the government is not telling people this. they spread EASIER than fleas. They are more resilient than cockroaches.

wether protecting yourself or others.. if you have bedbugs shower and get into clean bagged clothes before you leave the house. If you know a place that has them, come home put all your clothes in the washer and dryer and shower.

This problem has to be treated like RADIATION CONTAMINATION to avoid spreading. and its spreading everywhere.

Odds are they're hiding in cracks in the walls or in the mattress itself.

The only way to be sure to kill bedbugs is to heat the room to around 160 degrees and hold it there for several hours. This takes special equipment. You'll want to do the whole building... bedbugs can get up and walk off when conditions get uncomfortable.
