I'm getting my first piercing soon (left earlobe), I'm 16. I was wondering… what size is better? 14g, 16g or 18g

For your first piercing, they should use a 16g needle in a piercing gun. It's your choice to go up to whatever size. 16g is the normal starter, the once it's healed you can go get 14g tapers (those spikes) and put those in.
