What do I do? To lose weight?
Okay so my mom wont let me go to spring football practice because im in virtual school..
I think im gaining weight again what do I do to lose more weight and stay fit and also have the little things in life like candy (I eat one piece of candy every two weeks) but all the other stuff like avocado, peanut butter, honey makes me gain weight How do I plan this out?... And explain this to my coach again without lieing.....FML

Ok well what I do when I want to loose weight is stick with what works. Eat a 1200 calories a day diet and drink lots of water. You can eat whatever you want as long as you don't go over 1200 calories. Then again playing football will burn calories so once you start exercise a lot you can up your calorie intake a bit.
