How frustrated is Felix Hernandez?

Today against Tampa Bay, 8 innings, 4 hits, 1 walk, FIFTEEN STRIKEOUTS, and STILL a no decision. Then Seattle scores 5 in the top of the 9th. Love to see Mariners winning, but sacks full, 1 out, and can't score? The King must be tearing his hair out, good thing he's under contract.

I don't think it bothers the King. He's pitched with a lack of a good offense his entire career. He gets paid a boat load of money to do exactly what he did today. I have even more respect for him than most pitchers because there is so much pressure to shut down the opposition when you know you're on a team whose offense won't give you 4+ runs very often.

I just talked with him and he's cool. He pounded a few cervezas and isn't really stressing about anything right now.

This is why I don't follow Wins and Loses for pitchers. Most overrated stat of all time. You can't look at a pitcher based on their record.

Not as frustrated as Chris Archer or most of the Rays starters should be at this point in the season.

I think he's more concerned about his team and getting W's.

Even though I feel bad for him, he makes 23 mil a year to play ball. So I don`t feel THAT bad for him.
