do not ovulate , help 10 points?
Hi I found out last year that I have PCOS , I do not ovulate at all so I can't get pregnant. Can someone tell me that they have the same problem and you can give me advice please. Thank you :)

Three pieces of advice, by order of importance and likely effectiveness:
1. See a doctor. PCOS can be treated with medication such as metformin, it has helped MANY women in your situation.
2. Make sure your diet and exercise habits don't make the situation worse. There are some great tips for managing PCOS through your diet in the link below.
