No you could not wash it if you do so it could damage your leather jacket try to clean it with damp cloth.

it happens , with time leather jacket gotten shrink and it's sad moment when your favorite jacket getting changes it's size, but don't be sad apply some remedies like do not wash it at home, have dry cleaned, they have some specific chemicals which makes your jackets tighter,

You can't shrink leather without wrecking it.
It's skin - any kind of mistreatment just damages it or dries the natural oils out & makes it flaky and brittle.
Any significant heat literally cooks it and makes it brittle.
