FAFSA help?

I'm trying to fill out my FAFSA but I'm confused about the grade level question. I'm trying to get my transfer degree and this will be my fourth year trying to finish getting all my credits. So do I put down 4th year/senior? It says I shouldn't base it on number of years you have attended college. I've been going full time and I have at least over 60 credits completed.

    0-29 cr = freshman

    30-59 cr = sophomore

    60-89 cr = junior

60 credits does not qualify you as a senior; right now you're a junior.
