Science :physics?

Okay so I had a thought and I know it can't be a waste cuz I got up at four o clock in the morning for this

How many of you ever made those weird water rings at the very bottom of the pool and they start small though the closer they get to the top the bigger they get and dissolve into the rest of the water now I'm thinking that you could use this if you were making a hover board lets to have push up however instead of dissolving and starting the cycle over again it would have circulation I know the math I have to do in order to have the board up in the air then on top of that the person so plz I know I'm fifteen and sound crazy but this could and might work just need some help with this one the picture I have is of the original thought however the more I think on it the more I'm thinking of different ways and possibilities however I would like to hear someone's ideas
