It is highly unlikely that you are pregnant. Implanon is 99.9% effective at preventing pregnancy, for up to 3 years after insertion. Out of every 100 women who use Implanon in one year, less than 1 will become pregnant.

Nausea is a side effect of the implant, and is usually reported only within the first year of its use.

The implant has been shown to be the most effective form of birth control available. The failure rate is .05% for both perfect use and typical use because the method requires no user action after insertion. Any failures have been attributed to failures of the method itself; and to improper placement, drug interactions, or conception prior to the implant insertion.

If you are using an implant, you are never having "unprotected" sex (as far as preventing pregnancy is concerned). The implant IS your protection against pregnancy. It releases a continuous stream of hormones that prevent ovulation from ever happening; and if you never ovulate, then you cannot get pregnant at any time.
