Do a little research about diet and lifestyle practices which can lower your risk of cancer. The cruciferous vegetables, especially broccoli and cauliflower and cabbage, are known for hindering tumor growth. Also support and improve your immune system by not eating sugar (or high fructose corn syrup) and avoid excessive weight gain. That's just a few of the things that will keep you healthy. Your body can and does fight off cancer, kill cancer cells many times a year. Help those Natural Killer Cells stay healthy and active.

You have about a 40-50% chance of getting cancer in your lifetime, same as everyone else. But cancer is predominantly a disease of aging, so you are very, very, very unlikely to have it any time soon, if you ever develop it.
Don't smoke, limit your sun exposure, get vaccinated against HPV, limit processed meat, eat a healthy balanced diet and maintain a healthy weight and you can minimize your risk of developing cancer.

You are over reacting. you can live to be 101 and still not get anything more than a cold. Why worry about it now and ruin your Life. Enjoy Yourself and live in the Now, not worry about Later.
