AP classes come with more work, so just make sure you set aside enough time every night to complete your reading and homework assignments. Take thorough notes in class so you can use them later to study for exams. I took a few AP classes when I was in high school and they weren't exceptionally difficult...just a lot more work so homework becomes a bit more time-consuming. It's all about time management!
Good luck!

AP U.S. History - Take good notes and study them nightly.
AP Psychology- same thing.
AP English - keep up with your outside reading.
In order to manage your time wisely, I'd advise you to do homework during lunch and as soon as possible once you get home. That way, you have more time to yourself.
