What does "intensified empathy" mean?

I was reading my horoscope and it mentioned " Romance also benefits from intensified empathy" could someone I guess per say "Dumb it down" for me? Thanks!

    Caring more about a loved one. Horoscope language is intentionally vague.

    It means to try harder than you usually do, to put yourself in their shoes, to completely understand them and what their situation is. But horoscopes are a bunch of bullship!
