Engineering is dealing with requirement to do things such as building , solving technical problems , doing what others thing is impossible . (reaching man to moon).

Management is dealing with requirement to keep company working , such as setting working plan , checking if the need to hire workers , making audit .

Many engineers work in Managment such as operational engineer .

Many people think that manager has to have a technical background , where it is more better , but it is not a must .

A good manager how can have a strong team and work with them honestly , so they will advise him and he will manage their works.
