"Millionares Club"?

I am really wondering if people fall for cheesy scams. A guy named Gary F making you tube videos, asking people for money, in a cheap hotel room. Do people believe that a half deaf man, on disability, with no car, and living in a cockroach filled duplex, can teach them how to make milliona. How do these crazy people get started and why are they not prosecuted or outted?

    If he were promising some health benefit or curing a disease it would be a threat to society. As it is it's a threat only to stupid people.
