Bill, by a long shot. When he left office we were in the black. When George left we were a trillion in the red.

Clearly, Clinton was the best president we ever had as we had an economy surplus and plus he wasn't antagonized in the world. Bush, on the other hand, went to wars in the middle east and left us with terrible amount of debts and look how the world viewed him.

George W. Bush by far.
Clinton's housing policies were a disaster -- they caused the housing bubble and crash. His anti-terrorism policies were a failure -- 9/11 terrorists came here while he was President and his Attorney General protected them by denying the FBI access to CIA information.
Clinton -- worst President since Carter approved the theocratic regime in Iran.

Bill was far more likeable. You'd here stories where he went for a jog and ended up at McDonalds. If George went out in public someone would kill him.

JFK...Lemnitzer approved the plans known as Operation Northwoods in 1962, a proposed plan to discredit the Castro regime and create support for military action against Cuba by staging false flag genuine acts of terrorism and developing "a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington". Lemnitzer presented the plans to Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara on March 13, 1962. It is unclear how McNamara reacted, but three days later President Kennedy told the general that there was no chance that America would take military action against Cuba. Within a few months, after the denial of Operation Northwoods, Lemnitzer was denied another term as JCS chairman.[2] Author Richard Cottrell suspects Lemnitzer of the key role in the Kennedy assassination, out of revenge for the demotion and for being soft on communism.[3]

CLINTON! BY FAR!!! Bush sent us into 2 pointless wars, ON CREDIT, and now we are in MASSIVE debt because of HIM, NOT because of Obama. Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld are all war criminals who should be in prison.

Bill can go out in public without people calling him a war criminal and murderer, so he has that on his side.
