Which internet & cable service is better- RCN or Comcast?

I am about to move into an apartment in Washington, D.C. and am deciding between those two AVAILABLE options.

    If RCN is a DSL service, then I would go with the DSL. Comcast works, when it wants to. Your sharing Comcast lines with other people. And insist that you Only want internet. No other special offers or deals.
