In your honest opinion, why do soccer fans outside of the U.S. get MAD that Americans don't like soccer?
I mean, they really get mad. I don't care for Soccer. I find it rather boring. OK, so what? If a person from Great Britain doesn't like American Football, so be it. I'm not gonna be angry at that person for their likes/dislikes. To each their own, right? I would think that would be the case, except for Soccer (please don't be offended by me calling it Soccer, that is so everybody knows exactly which sport I'm referring to). I have met many people who get really upset with me because Americans don't like Soccer. Why?

Because soccer is so popular in their countries that they find it inconceivable that Americans don't like it.

Well i'm from Ireland (not uk) and i can understand that most Americans can't stand football because they would rather watch their National Sports ...
I don't like basketball or American football with all those shoulder pads .... but i do like Baseball out of those 3 american sports.....
It makes little odds to me who likes or dislikes football . As you said its a case of each to their own really ....
