What is this part called?

2001 Hyundai Accent, I know this is part of the control arm, but I need to know exactly what it is called so I can order the correct part. It is attached to the drivers rear wheel and it is the bar closest to the back of the car. The one in front of it is fine. I only need the bar. Is it the control arm rear left lower rearward? I'm pretty sure that is what it is, but just want clarification before ordering. Thank you.

    Left rear lower control arm.

But why do you need a new one? The rust I see in the picture is all surface rust, not structural, and if the bushings or ball joints are worn, these can often be replaced without replacing the entire control arm.

Unless there is more rust than just the surface rust, or you hit something & bent it, the control arm itself should last the life of the car. I once bent a control arm on my T-Bird hitting a curb, got a used one out of a junkyard, replaced the bushings, and it worked just fine.
