Can a computer program be manually uninstalled?
I've been trying to remove a program from my computer, but the "uninstall" feature isn't functioning. My computer just won't let me take it out with this. Can I actually uninstall it manually? If I do manage to delete all related files, will the program really be completely gone?

The system might have got infected where and which it is not allowing you to uninstall.
There are thirdparty program which will help you in uninstalling like revo uninstaller and many more.
But it is better to contact some tech for the solution.
I had a microsoft office issue before and I got a solution from http://errosupport.com/ where they have used advanced tools to uninstall. If you want you can reach them for support or else you can have a check with http://microsoftliveassist.com/

Yes you can if you know how to edit the registry. If not, you have to use some tools. BTW, what program do you wanna remove? If you need some help, you can start a topic in this forum which is run by volunteers. It's completely free:)

You should go in control panel then click on uninstall program then you should select a program to uninstall from the list. then click on uninstall after that follow the steps later,
after doing these steps, you can uninstall any program ....
