I feel so left out... should I be mad? I'll answer yours!?

I have this group of four friends (including me) and we always do everything together. But today the three of them went to one of their houses and they didn't invite me. They went swimming, which they knew I wanted to do, and they hung out together all day.

But here's the thing- My friend's mom said it's because they all live like 10 mins away from each other and I live 45 mins away, so it wasn't that they didn't want me there. And she said she heard my name like 200 times and they thought it was weird without me.

It just makes me feel so angry though, and like they don't care. Maybe I'm getting worked up over nothing?? What do I do? Would you be mad?

I have been in the same situation. Just because you live 45 minutes away does not give them an excuse to not invite you. You for sure have the right to be mad. I suggest trying to find new friends just in case this happens again, you dont want to be sitting home while your friends are having a good time without you. Also tell them how you feel, tell them you dont like being left out. I hope everything turns out to be ok

That would be hurtful to be left out, but if you live far away, that could be a problem. If it is just one time, I wouldn't worry. If it happens a lot, it's time to develop new friendships because they'll just continue to hurt you.
